Scaling is quoted per business. Scope varies enormously between a solo operator and a multi-location company, so we price it on the call rather than off a list — and we'll tell you honestly if a teardown wouldn't tell you anything you don't already know.

What kind of businesses is this for?
Service businesses and professionals with something to sell and competitors worth studying — agencies, brokers, clinics, consultants, contractors, coaches. If you can name three people in your field who are ahead of you, we can take them apart.
How do you find out what tools competitors use?
Public sources — what their site loads, how their forms behave, what their ads and job listings reveal, and what their own marketing says. We only report what we can actually verify, and we tell you our confidence level on each finding.
Do I need to already be using AI?
No. Most clients aren't, and that's usually where the biggest gains are. We start from how your business runs today, not from a tool list.
What if the report says I'm doing fine?
Then we'll say so, and you'll have saved yourself a retainer. We'd rather tell you that on a one-off project than sell you twelve months of work you don't need.
Do you implement, or just advise?
Both, and they're priced separately on purpose. The Teardown and Blueprint are advice. The Fractional AI Partner engagement is us building it with you. Plenty of clients take the blueprint and run it themselves.
How long until I see results?
The plan is 90 days because that's a realistic horizon for systems work. Some pieces — faster lead response, automated follow-up — show up in the first few weeks. Content and positioning changes take a full quarter to read properly.
