What we collect

Only what you give us. If you fill in the form on our booking page, that's your name, email address, your business or field, and whatever you write about what you're trying to grow. If you subscribe for the $50 discount, that's just your email address. If you become a client, we also hold the video and audio you provide for building your models, plus normal billing details handled by our payment processor.

We don't buy contact lists, we don't run tracking pixels for advertising networks, and we don't sell or rent anything about you to anyone.

Why we have it

• To reply to you. The booking form exists so we can get back to you about a call. That's it.
• To send what you asked for. If you subscribed, we send your discount code and occasional emails about what's working on social. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you immediately.
• To deliver the work. Your source footage and voice sample exist to build your likeness and voice models, and for nothing else.
• To bill you. Handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

Your likeness and voice models

This is the part that matters most, so it's the most specific:

• You own them. Your likeness and voice models belong to you, not to us.
• We use them only for your content. They are never used for another client, for our own marketing, or as training data for any general-purpose model.
• Nothing publishes without your approval. Every piece of generated content waits for your sign-off.
• We label AI-generated content where platforms require synthetic-media disclosure.
• You can have them destroyed at any time. Email us and your models are deleted within 48 hours, confirmed back to you in writing.

We will not build a model of anyone who hasn't personally consented to it, and we won't generate content that puts words in the mouth of a public figure, a competitor, or any third party.

Who else touches your data

We use third-party services to run the business — email hosting, a scheduler, a payment processor, and the AI generation platforms that produce your content. They only receive what they need to perform their function, and we choose vendors that don't claim ownership of what passes through them.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within twelve months. Client source material and models are kept for as long as you're a client, and destroyed on request or within 90 days of your final invoice, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete all of it. Email info@thoughtmotion.ai and we'll action it within 30 days — usually much sooner. You don't need to give a reason.

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add basic analytics later, we'll update this page and say exactly what it measures.
