AI Video Operator
Start your own AI video company.
We make AI commercials for business owners — an attorney, a car rental company, a body shop, a credit specialist, a model. This is the training for people who’d rather run that business themselves: the prompts, the pricing, the contracts, and how to land the first five clients.
Let’s talk about it first. What this costs depends on how much of it you want and how fast you want to move — so rather than put a number on a page, we’d rather have a straight conversation about where you are and what you’d actually need.
Text us and we’ll come back the same day. No deck, no sequence, no pressure.

Why this isn’t another prompting course. Anyone can generate an AI video. Almost nobody can deliver one to a paying client who says “that isn’t how I talk” and still make money on the job. The expensive part of this business is revisions — and that is most of what’s in here.
What’s in it
The prompt library is yours the day you join. Six modules follow weekly, so you work through one while you’re actually using it. Everything is recorded — you keep access permanently.
Day one, before any module. You get the raw prompt library — the working prompts behind every commercial on our home page, ready to paste. Module three is where we teach you to read it, adapt it, and fix it when the model ignores you.
- 01
The offer and the buyer
Who actually pays for a commercial and who never will. How to price a first video against repeat work, what to include, and what to charge extra for.
This week - 02
Capturing the likeness
What makes a usable source clip versus one that produces an uncanny twin. Voice reference capture, and the likeness release you get signed before you generate anything.
Week of September 21 - 03
The prompt vault and the failure catalogue
Our working prompts for high-end 1080p generation, with the shot grammar that holds up. Then the inverse — the instruction types the model quietly ignores, and the rewrite that fixes each one.
Week of September 28 - 04
Credit economics
Budgeting render credits before you quote, so you don’t discover the real cost in month three. The kill rule: when to abandon a generation instead of re-rolling it.
Week of October 5 - 05
The revision firewall
Script approval in writing before a single credit is spent. One revision round included, priced rounds after. The exact contract clauses and email templates that hold the line without losing the client.
Week of October 12 - 06
Getting the first five clients
Building proof from nothing. Local outreach scripts, the walk-in pitch, and turning one delivered commercial into three referrals.
Week of October 19
Founding members also get the contract and likeness-release templates, the pricing calculator, and a group thread with direct access to Josh for the duration.
Who this is for
A fit if you’re…
- Building a service business and want something to sell
- Already freelancing in video, marketing or social
- Willing to make cold outreach to local businesses
- Able to cover render credits while you learn
Not a fit if you’re…
- Looking for passive income with no client contact
- Only wanting videos made for your own business — hire us instead
- Expecting the tools to work perfectly first try
We’ll tell you if this isn’t for you
On the call we’ll be straight about whether this suits where you are. Plenty of people are better off starting somewhere else, and we’d rather say so than take the money.
Let’s discuss it
Tell us where you’re starting from and we’ll text you back the same day to talk it through — what it involves, how long it takes, and what it would cost for what you actually want. Or skip the form and just text us.
Straight answers
Is the course already recorded?
Partly. The prompt library exists today — it’s what we work from every day. The six modules are recorded and released weekly, and the first group shapes what goes into them. If you’d rather wait for a finished product, say so when we talk and we’ll tell you when that is.
Do I need to buy render credits?
Yes, separately. Budget roughly $60 for a 2,000-credit pack to start. A 30-second video costs about 270 credits when everything goes right — module four covers what it actually costs when it doesn’t.
Won’t you be training your own competition?
We sell commercials to business owners in Birmingham. If you build this in another market, we’re not competing — and when we’re over capacity we hand work to operators we trained.
How much time does this take?
Expect a couple of hours a week on the material, plus whatever you spend on outreach. Your first client video will take you longer than it takes us — that gap is what modules three and five are for.
Can I see your actual work first?
Yes — the commercials we’ve delivered are on the home page, with the clients named and on camera. Judge the teaching by the work.
